I made this action in the street corner of Washington with Platón Sánchez in Monterrey, Mexico. Place in the first square of the city where a house / example of the Northeast Mexican vernacular architecture was located, and which it was decided to destroy it rather than restore after the damage suffered by the passage of Hurricane Alex in town.

Daily and simple actions such as sweeping and mopping become tools of a urban archeology and denunciation by drawing a square on the floor that reveals the mosaic of what once was and that today is an OXXO (convenience store in Mexico); giving priority to the homogenization of the city than to maintaining a piece of history and local identity.
